3 days Masai Mara
The world-famous Masai Mara ecosystem is home to some of Africa’s largest and most diverse wildlife populations; very close to wild animals, large local herds of zebras, antelopes, buffaloes, gazelles, giraffes and their natural enemies (lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas), the great migration – the natural paradise Masai Mara!
We will pick you up early in the morning at your hotel / cottage and drive you to the Diani Airstrip. This is where the adventure flight safari starts! With the propeller plane you drive past Kilimanjaro directly to the airstrip in the Mara, where you are already expected. The first impressions of this natural paradise can already be experienced on the way to your camp.
They check in, enjoy an exquisite lunch and spend the lunch break at their camp.
On a bend in the Mara River, is the Tented Camp, translated as “fearless, bold”.
In this environment, the filming “Big Cat Diary” BBC were filmed. Numerous wild animals native to this region as well as the Great Migration with the river crossings make the location tempting.
Along the Talek River are lined up the 30 large, modern tents with veranda and air conditioning. Special family tents have two bedrooms.
A pool offers refreshment on hot days. Bar and lounge invite you to relax with a drink. Meals can be taken in the restaurant tent or under acacia trees by the riverside.
From a platform you can watch the game in the evening!
In the afternoon, an extensive game drive takes place until dusk. The evening will be spent at the camp with all its exclusive amenities.
